TRINA scientists pioneer applications for biologically inspired generative design

Research, In the News

ANN ARBOR, Mich. Generative design unlocks the power of nature for electronics cooling.

Scientists in TRINA’s Electronics Research Department were recently invited to discuss the future of generative design in Electronics Cooling magazine based on compelling work for thermal conductors published in the journal Structural and Multidisciplinary Optimization. This included an introduction to the topic of generative design, how lessons from nature can enhance this process, and examples of practical components created through generative design.

TRINA biologically inspired generative design.
