Unsafe driving (e.g., distracted, aggressive) has evolved into a public safety crisis in the USA. This paper focuses on the management of innocent drivers around distracted driving. The ego vehicle detects distracted driving of follower vehicles in real-time and shares it with edge/cloud servers. The edge/cloud server guides innocent drivers around the unsafe driver and keeps them away to minimize the risk of collisions.
